Whatever your questions or needs might be, Loffler’s IT Managed Services Help Desk is ready to help. Calls are answered by your dedicated team of qualified professionals who do whatever it takes to resolve your technology questions.
• Local Help Desk
Located on the third floor of Loffler’s Bloomington, MN headquarters, the IT Help Desk is staffed with professional, certified and experienced engineers waiting to help each client as needed. The Network Operations Center is located behind glass in a secure area, so all activity is open for viewing, but housed in a protected environment.
• Team-Based Approach
We recognized a long time ago that creating intimacy with our customers when delivering remote support was vital, so we divided our help desk into teams. Each team has three to eight dedicated engineers that work with their assigned accounts creating an atmosphere where the team knows their clients and their environment and clients can communicate with people they know and trust.
• Flexible Hours
If you are working, so are we! Help Desk hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with 24/7 Help Desk service available.
• Unlimited Remote and Onsite Support
Our Managed Services agreements include unlimited support during help desk hours. If our remote engineers are unable to resolve your question or issue, we will deploy an engineer onsite to resolve the issue, which is included in your monthly contract amount.
• Experienced Engineers
Most help desk providers employ entry level engineers (level 1) to be the first responders to your call. At Loffler, our staff is made up of experienced level 2 and higher engineers. This provides a higher quality experience, faster issue resolution and ensures problems are solved right the first time. We maintain a wide range of skill sets to handle all your technology needs.
