How to Set Up Your Account

Getting started is easy! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Online Payment Portal Login
    • Click the link to access the login page. Otherwise, you can find the link in the Client Portal located at the top right of Loffler's website.
    • Bookmark this page for the future. 
  2. Open the Online Payment Portal User Guide
    • Download the User Guide and keep it stored for future reference.
    • Use the email address associated with your company account.
    • Follow the instructions for account setup and invoices.
  3. You're Done!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):

Do I need to have an email to set-up an account with the payment portal?
Yes, you will need to have an email.  Please note that only the email account that currently receives the invoices will be able to set-up the account to pay the invoices.
Can I pay an invoice without setting up an account?
If you have the invoice number, invoice date or due date and the 9-digit postal code (billing or shipping) you can make payment on that single invoice.  Please visit https://payments.ceojuice.com/loffler.
I set up my account, why can’t I see the invoices?
Only the email account that currently receives the invoices will be able to set-up the account to pay the invoices.
I set-up an account with the email that our company receives invoices from, but I still cannot view the invoices.
You should have received an email to your mailbox after your initial registration to confirm your registration.  You will need to click “confirm your registration” to complete the registration process.  If you did not receive the verification email you can choose “resend email confirmation” and it will send you another email.  Please check your junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Is there a fee for credit card payments?
You have the option to pay by credit card or ACH payment. A 3% charge will be applied to credit card payments; ACH payments have no additional fees.
Why am I not seeing all my invoices on the portal?
Lease invoices must be paid to our leasing division which has a separate portal you can make payments on. Please reach out to AR@Loffler.com for access to your leasing portal.
