Local Help Desk
Located in Loffler's new state-of-the-art secure and protected Network Operations Center on the first floor of our Bloomington, Minnesota headquarters, the IT Help Desk is staffed with professional, certified, and experienced engineers who jump into each client challenge as needed.
We recognized a long time ago that building strong relationships with our customers when delivering remote support was vital, so we created teams for our help desk engineers. Each of our six teams has up to 8 dedicated engineers that work with their assigned accounts, creating an atmosphere where the team knows our clients and their environment and communicate with the people they know and trust.
If you're working, so are we! Help Desk hours are 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday through Friday. But if you're burning the midnight oil, a 24/7 Help Desk service is available.
Unlimited Remote and Onsite Support
Our Managed Service agreements include unlimited support during help desk hours. If our remote engineers are unable to resolve your question or issue, we will deploy an engineer on-site to resolve the issue, which is included in your monthly contract.
Most help desk providers employ entry-level engineers (Level 1) to be the first responders to your call. At Loffler, our staff is made up of experienced level 2 or higher engineers. This provides a better quality experience, faster issue resolution, and ensures problems are solved correctly the first time.
