The Saint Paul Public Housing Authority (PHA) isn’t in the IT business. Their business is helping 22,000 people who otherwise would not have affordable housing have somewhere to live. They work with Loffler to fill in the gaps in their IT needs to get their business done. 

The PHA has around 230 end users and 22,000 people that they interact with, all through technology.

The IT team is immensely important to executing everything they do, from filling out leases to working with residents. They have a relatively small team of IT professionals on staff and decided to seek additional support to fill in gaps on the team.
