Seventh consecutive year as a Top Workplace affirms Loffler Companies’ priority of employee satisfaction as a key to a first-class client experience

Top workplaces are recognized as the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on an independent survey completed by employees which measures engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
The award is determined by an employee-based survey from the Star Tribune, administered by Workplace Dynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The Top Workplaces special section was published in the Star Tribune on Sunday, June 25. Results were based solely on confidential survey feedback from Loffler team members.
