Jim Loffler

Jim is the founder, president and CEO of Loffler Companies. He started the company in 1986 with one other employee, his wife Darcy. They started with Philips dictation machines then expanded to fax, copiers, IP Phones; IT managed services and much more. Today, the company employs over 300 team members and focuses on long-term relationships. Jim was named to Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2011 Finalist Jim's success is based on the philosophy that became Loffler's mission statement, "To exceed expectations of clients, employees, partners and community."

Loffler has been recognized as one of Minnesota's Top 100 Workplaces by the Star Tribune and Minnesota Business journal, a four year winner of INC Magazine's 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America. Loffler is an official technology partner of the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Jim has been married for 35 years to his junior high school sweetheart. They have two children and two grandsons. In his spare time, Jim enjoys golfing, boating, cooking, photography, music and traveling.
