Temperature Screening Kiosk Purchase Conditions & Assumptions

Loffler Companies cannot be held liable for any inaccurate reading or failed notification within the software. This is not a medical grade solution. Loffler shall not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Loffler shall not be liable for Products, Systems or Services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of Product, Systems or Services, Loffler is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages.

If the Unit is to be connected to a Network, this will be through the customer's existing wireless network or physical network. It is the customers responsibility to ensure its data security, integrity and link quality.

Pre-Shipment:

  • Prior to shipment, the Customer will work with Loffler to provide required configuration details. All Customer information will be transmitted and stored securely.
  • Loffler will configure the unit to alert on elevated temp identified on the unit higher than 100.4 F unless noted by customer at the time of order.

Customer Self-Installs:

  • Standard pre-configuration by Loffler is still required on the units to ensure current software is loaded properly and system is ready to function on arrival.
  • A basic manual for simple set-up is available for download.

Loffler On-Site Installs:

  • Customer will provide a 110v outlet within 4 feet of placement of Kiosk
  • Customer will provide any required network connectivity
  • Customer will provide a safe and clean workspace to complete the install
  • Customer agrees to the General Conditions and Assumptions

By purchasing the ScanServ Software, you agree and are bound to Loffler’s ScanServ End User License Agreement.

If kiosk maintenance is purchased, you agree and are bound to Loffler's Kiosk Maintenance Conditions & Assumptions.

All support beyond the deliverables above will be charged Time and Materials at Loffler's prevailing rate with a one-hour minimum.
