To save time and make our client’s jobs easier, Loffler has secure, web-based Client Portals for placing service requests, ordering supplies, monitoring current calls, and checking service history, all with real-time information.

If you do NOT have a portal account, click the”Copier & Printer Portal” button above and follow the instructions to create an account, or you may complete your request below and click the “Place My Service Request” button at the bottom.

Service requests placed online will be processed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (central time).
