New office equipment placements from Loffler Business Systems includes one full key operator product training, to be completed with-in five business days of installation, conducted by one of Loffler’s certified product trainers.
This product training would include the following:
Black & White and Business Color Copiers:
- Copier overview showing operation, paper path and how to change consumables.
- Basic copier features and functions.
- Advanced/special features.
- Key operator training to adjust system defaults and program management account codes.
- Network printing, scanning & software solutions – when connected.
- When a fax board has been added, the following is included:
- Basic fax sending and receiving.
- Advanced sending options.
- Key operator programming, including fax defaults and how to program an autodial number.
Printers:
