With sales revenue growth in double digits for the past five years and client satisfaction at an all-time high, recognition from clients, business partners, and the industry was significant. The notable success of Loffler Companies in the copier, IT, telephony, and managed services industries contribute to a robust Minnesota economy and ongoing service in the communities in which Loffler Companies is located, and in which its employees live and work.
The year began with a warm welcome to Loffler Companies at a ribbon cutting and open house at the new Eau Claire, Wisconsin office and showroom at 2273 Brackett Avenue. The next few months brought award notifications to James Loffler, Director of IT Services, for being named to the “Real Power 50” list, and to Loffler President and CEO, Jim Loffler, as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, following a previous nomination in 2011.
Service and satisfaction awards included the certification of Loffler Companies as a Konica-Minolta Pro-Tech Service dealer for demonstrating the highest levels of commitment to client support and satisfaction, as well as the national Elite Dealer award. Loffler Companies became one of the first six private dealers in the country to have a technician achieve associate level certification in Canon technical service competency and knowledge. In addition, Loffler Companies earned the ranking of number one dealer in the U. S. for First Call Effectiveness from a private industry organization.
In July, Loffler completed its largest acquisition in history, acquiring the assets of Imaging Path, an office technology, software and IT services company. Loffler Companies welcomed many tenured and talented professionals from Imaging Path to its Bloomington headquarters to expand Loffler’s sales, administrative and service force. The acquisition brings a wider-range of office technology and services offerings to Imaging Path clients and makes Loffler one of the largest business technology and services companies in the Upper Midwest.
In 2014, Minnesota Business magazine named Loffler Companies one of the “100 Best Places to Work” in Minnesota for the third consecutive year, and the StarTribune designated Loffler Companies as a “Top Workplace” for the fourth year in a row.
As the preferred technology partner to six Minnesota collegiate and professional sports teams, including the Minnesota Wild, Timberwolves, Lynx, Vikings, Swarm, and University of Minnesota Gopher Athletics, Loffler is pleased to engage in partnerships to enhance the business operations of all these outstanding Minnesota sports organizations.
Last year’s growth also included the strategic implementation of specialized teams for nine unique industries for clients in Law Firms, Healthcare, K-12 Education, Post-Secondary Education, Banking & Finance, Commercial Printing, Faith-Based Organizations, Government and Architecture, Design, Engineering and Construction (ADEC). This growth will surely contribute to Loffler being considered once again as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company, as it has done for the past seven years.
