In this position, you will be our primary contact to existing accounts and the first to identify and secure additional business opportunities. Facilities Management – Office Services Coordinator
Loffler Management Solutions (LMS), the facilities management/outsourcing division of Loffler Companies, Inc., provides on-site document management services to client companies. We are looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join our team. Duties include: copy center operations, mail services, scanning and records management and general office support for a specific client location. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate customer service practices and policies are implemented and followed by all site personnel and for informing management of any issues, concerns or problems relating to customers, personnel, equipment and/or the overall operation of the assigned site.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of related experience in an office setting, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.

A. Purpose:
The purpose of the FE3 position is to learn and demonstrate proficiency in servicing equipment with advanced troubleshooting skills while applying good customer satisfaction skills and demonstrating satisfactory work habits. B. Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop all functions of the FE2
- Exercise and build proficiency in servicing additional equipment and manufactures lines.
- Resolves most difficult service problems using all available servicing information.
- Can assist other technicians with problem resolution.
- Network or IT experience to be able to troubleshoot connectivity related issues.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
C. Education, Training, and Experience Required:
- Continue training on additional models and manufacturers.
