Account Executive

In this position, you will be our primary contact to existing accounts and the first to identify and secure additional business opportunities. You will thoroughly investigate a client’s specific key business issues and apply your extensive knowledge of our products’ potential in order to recommend the best solution with our office technology.

You will go beyond the typical “sales” position. Your ability and to interact with other Loffler personnel to achieve customer satisfaction is what will make you a success! You will take ownership of your accounts and tailor our many products to the interests of each and every client.

Network Sales

Software Applications Sales - Voice recording and text solutions

Loffler is looking for salespeople in our logger and healthcare groups. Loffler IT services markets niche software based voice and data logging software to call centers. We also have strong market presence in the computerized patient record arena with our unique voice and text ASP solutions. If you have sold pharmaceutical or software based product in the healthcare market, then we would like to meet you.

Both positions are “higher end” opportunities rewarding the right individuals with six figure incomes in their second year.

Qualifications include:

  • 2 – 4 years software and/or technology related sales experience
  • Prior healthcare or technology related sales experience a plus

Facilities Management – Office Services Coordinator

Loffler Management Solutions (LMS), the facilities management/outsourcing division of Loffler Companies, Inc., provides on-site document management services to client companies. We are looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join our team. Duties include: copy center operations, mail services, scanning and records management and general office support for a specific client location. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate customer service practices and policies are implemented and followed by all site personnel and for informing management of any issues, concerns or problems relating to customers, personnel, equipment and/or the overall operation of the assigned site.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of related experience in an office setting, strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
